Chef Nancy Silverton & Osteria Mozza are honored to welcome the team from Roscioli New York City for a special event series, including a Mozzarella Making Class & Collaborative Dinner.

The original outpost of Roscioli in Rome has been at the forefront of the Italian culinary scene for centuries, with historical records of their bakery dating back to the 1800s. over the many years, Roscioli has prioritized celebrating artisinal Italian products and led the industry in their approach to hospitality. Their New York outpost continues that sentiment and authentic experience, showcasing exceptional Italian cheeses, salumi pasta & more.

*Each guest will have the opportunity to make their own mozzarella, followed by an antipasti feast including the freshly prepared mozzarella & Nancy Silverton’s signature condimenti spread. Includes two complimentary glasses of wine. Each guest will take home their freshly made mozzarella & curds.
