Winemaker Dinner with De Conciliis Winery

Committed to 100% organic application, De Conciliis Winery makes every effort to observe “the rhythm of life.” From energy-conserving solar panels to jazz music reverberating through their wine cellars (“to keep the wine happy”), De Conciliis practices love and respect for each step of the winemaking process.

Join us as we welcome Bruno De Conciliis to Osteria Mozza in a celebration of all things Campania. A four-course menu from Executive Chef Elizabeth Hong and Executive Pastry Chef Dahlia Narvaez accompanies a full range of De Conciliis wines – from Fiano and Falanghina to the majestic Aglianico “Naima” (aptly named for the Coltrane song, in tribute to Bruno’s love for jazz).
