Culinary Director
Chef Elizabeth Hong is the current Culinary Director of the Mozza Restaurant Group consisting of Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza & Chi Spacca in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Pasadena, Chef Hong started working at Osteria Mozza at the iconic Mozzarella Bar. From there, she went on to become the Sous Chef at Pizzeria Mozza and then returned to Osteria Mozza as Executive Chef before entering her current role as the Culinary Director of the restaurant group. She has supported Chef Nancy Silverton and advised on the international openings within the restaurant group and was a contributor to Chef Silverton’s cookbooks entitled "Mozza at Home" and "The Cookie That Changed My Life: And More Than 100 Other Classic Cakes, Cookies, Muffins & Pies That Will Change Yours."
